Health & Safety

At Siteworks, we have a robust and effective health and safety system in place that meets all the Legislative and Standard Health and Safety requirements.

We take best efforts to provide a safe working environment. This is achieved by clearly identifying and assessing hazards before we undertake any work. The risk arising from the hazards are then mitigated using appropriate control measures in the most practical way.

Health and Safety has always been a high priority for Siteworks. There has been continuous improvement in this area that encourages us to invest more resources every year to maintain and improve the Health and Safety system and to manage new challenges.

To monitor and evaluate the safety performance, we conduct site inspections in regular intervals. We are on our pathway to achieve the “ACC Workplace Safety Management Practice Accreditation” As a part of this programme; the Director holds regular meetings with the safety committee to discuss various issues around Health and Safety and to review the overall performance. There are controls in place to ensure corrective actions suggested are taken up seriously and implemented before the agreed deadline.

All our staff are well trained in their area of work and they hold all the relevant licenses and certificates. They have been trained in different aspects of Health and Safety Management. We also have supervisors as employee safety representatives who coordinate and monitor the activities of the team members. Most of them also hold the “Site Safe” Civil card.
